Use of the platform

BisnesPOS provides software tools to manage operations such as sales, invoices, appointments, restaurant workflows, workshop services, jewelry workflows and reporting. Businesses are responsible for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Account responsibility

Each business is responsible for account credentials, user access and permissions configured inside the workspace. You must keep login credentials secure and promptly remove access for unauthorized or inactive users.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, module access and limits are governed by your selected subscription. Charges, renewals, upgrades, downgrades and module changes are subject to the billing terms presented at checkout and in your billing section.

Data and availability

We aim to provide reliable service and reasonable security safeguards. Service interruptions, maintenance windows or third-party provider incidents may occasionally affect availability. Businesses should keep operational best practices and internal backups for critical workflows.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities, including attempts to bypass security controls, interfere with system stability, or misuse payment, messaging or customer data features.

Limitation and updates

Features may evolve over time. We may update these terms, product capabilities or module definitions as the platform grows. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the current terms.
